A-RRT is a highly personal, tailor-made approach. No two trajectories are exactly the same. At the same time, it helps to begin with a clear structure. For many people, the best starting point is a focused 6-hour trajectory.
How I usually work
A-RRT is not a one-size-fits-all method. The work is adapted to the person, the nature of the problem, and what seems most likely to help meaningful change happen.
For many clients, the clearest and most effective way to begin is with a focused trajectory of 6 hours. This offers enough space to understand the problem properly, work in depth, and get a meaningful sense of what kind of change is possible.
Some people experience major shifts within that focused format. Others benefit from a longer and more constructional process.
The core offer
The 6-hour trajectory
This is the main starting offer for most clients.
The 6-hour trajectory is suitable for people who want a focused, serious, and personal way of working on emotional suffering, persistent inner reactions, or a loss of healthy functioning.
Possible formats include:
- 2 sessions of 3 hours
- 3 sessions of 2 hours
- 5 sessions of 70 minutes
Together, we choose the format that best fits the person and the situation.
For some clients, longer work is helpful
Not every problem is best approached in the same way.
Some people benefit from a longer trajectory, especially when a more constructional process is needed to restore healthier functioning, strengthen stability, or support a broader return to a more natural and effective way of being.
In those cases, the work remains tailored and is discussed together after the first phase.
What this may be especially relevant for
A-RRT is especially relevant for high-functioning professionals and other capable people who feel emotionally stuck, burdened by the past, or no longer able to function as naturally and clearly as before.
This may include trauma, grief, panic, shame, stress, burnout, relationship pain, or persistent emotional reactions that no longer fit present reality.
Sessions are available in English and Dutch.

Initial introduction call: first 15 minutes free
6-hour trajectory: $1190 for clients in the USA | €890 for clients in Europe
This focused trajectory is designed to create meaningful movement in a clear, personal, and serious way.
Longer tailor-made trajectory: discussed individually, depending on the nature and duration of the work
Professional consultation or training requests: on request
Important limitation
A-RRT is not the right fit for every situation.
Because this work depends on clarity, responsiveness, and the mind’s ability to engage fully in the process, I do not currently position this approach as the best fit for people whose difficulties are significantly complicated by benzodiazepine dependence or by active alcohol or drug abuse.
In such cases, other specialised support is often the better first step.
