Book an introduction
A first focused conversation to explore whether A-RRT is a good fit for your situation, and what kind of trajectory may be most helpful.
What this introduction is for
This first conversation is meant to bring clarity.
It gives us the chance to look at what is going on, whether A-RRT fits the nature of the problem, and what kind of work would make the most sense.
Some people already know exactly what they want help with. Others mainly know that something in their emotional life, their stress response, or their way of functioning no longer feels right. Both are fine.
The aim is not to force a decision, but to get a clear first sense of the situation and of the best next step.
What we may explore
During this introduction, we may look at things such as:
- what kind of suffering or blockage you are dealing with
- whether the problem seems related to an outdated emotional reaction
- whether a focused 6-hour trajectory may be appropriate
- whether a longer, more constructional process may be more suitable
- whether this approach is likely to be a good fit for you
Who this may help
A-RRT is especially relevant for capable, thoughtful people who feel emotionally stuck, burdened by the past, or no longer able to function as naturally and clearly as before.
This often includes high-functioning professionals, healthcare professionals, helpers, entrepreneurs, and other responsible people who may look outwardly competent while inwardly struggling with trauma, grief, panic, shame, stress, burnout, relationship pain, or persistent emotional reactions that no longer fit present reality.
In many of these cases, the problem is not that the person is broken. It is that something in the mind or nervous system is still reacting in an outdated way.
The work is often not about building a person from scratch. It is about helping them return to a healthier and more natural level of functioning.
Important limitation
A-RRT is not the right fit for every situation.
Because this work depends on clarity, responsiveness, and the mind’s ability to engage fully in the process, I do not currently position this approach as the best fit for people whose difficulties are significantly complicated by benzodiazepine dependence or by active alcohol or drug abuse.
In such cases, other specialised support is often the better first step.
